We are continuing to investigate the Microsoft licensing issue impacting Microsoft 365 Office applications. ServiceNow tickets related to this incident are being actively worked on. As a temporary workaround, users can access Microsoft 365 applications via the web.

Update
We are still investigating the Microsoft licensing issue affecting MS 365 Office applications. Web-based apps are available as a workaround. Logged ServiceNow tickets are being actioned.
