Investigating - We are currently investigating sound issues affecting some laptops following a recent Dell driver update. Users may experience no sound or intermittent audio on their device. Update - We are continuing to investigate the Microsoft licensing issue impacting Microsoft 365 Office applications. ServiceNow tickets related to this incident are being actively worked on.
As a temporary workaround, users can access Microsoft 365 applications via the web.

Investigating - An updated Microsoft policy has resulted in changes to file security settings for Chisholm staff and students.
Staff and students may receive an alert that there are file restrictions that have been applied to Microsoft Applications (including Outlook, Word etc.).
ITS have reversed the policy and are expecting file restrictions to be lifted over the coming hours.
