Investigating - ITS is resolving an issue which affected access to technology applications and wi-fi on Friday 9 October.

Some users may find that their account is locked when logging back into Chisholm's technology environment. If you find that your account is locked, please contact the IT Service Desk on (03) 9212 5444.

Users may experience slower than usual performance on Chisholm's wi-fi on 12 October. Chisholm is implementing changes to address this.

If you are unable to access a technology application, students should contact the IT Service Desk on (03) 9212 5444. Chisholm employees should log a ticket via Service Now.

APPLICATION OUTAGE- CELCAT
Completed - CELCAT has been upgraded successfully.
Users will need to install the new CELCAT desktop client through Software Center. To install CELCAT, follow these steps:
1. Select the Windows Start menu
2. Type Software Center in the search box and open the application
3. Locate CELCAT in the list of available applications
4. Select Install and follow the prompts to complete the installation.
Windows 10 and 11 users will follow the same process. The only difference is the location of the Start menu and search box, which will appear in different positions on the screen depending on your Windows version.
The upgraded desktop client will have the same look and feel as the current version, so no significant changes to the user experience are expected.
